Hip 81, by Tapit, sold for $1.15 million.

A second Tapit   daughter became the only other seven-figure purchase during the opening night of the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga select yearling sale Aug. 4. Alex Solis and Jason Litt of Solis/Litt Bloodstock bought the filly for $1,150,000, just 10 hips after a filly from the family of grade I winner Magnificent Song was sold to Nat Rea's Regis Farms for $1 million.

Bluewater Sales as agent sold the session-topping filly, who is the second foal out of 2009 champion 2-year-old filly She Be Wild, a daughter of Offlee Wild who won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (gr. I) and the Arlington-Washington Lassie Stakes (gr. III). The champion's first foal, Shebealittlewild, is a 2-year-old—also by Tapit—who has not started yet.

Mike and Nancy Mazzoni, who raised She Be Wild, bred the top-selling filly.
