Massachusetts Sire Dr. Rockett Gets First Win

In breaking his maiden July 13 in the second race at Monmouth Park, debuting 2-year-old Conspiracy Again became the first reported winner for Massachusetts stallion Dr. Rockett.

Running for a $35,000 claiming tag, 5-2 shot Conspiracy Again won by three-quarters of a length over odds-on favorite Off Duty, completing five furlongs on a fast track in :59.30.

Orlando Bocachica guided the chestnut colt to victory for owner Mary Beth Reis and trainer Marcus Vitali. Conspiracy Again was bred in Massachusetts by Winifred H. Sienkewicz out of the winning Stephen Got Even   mare Oh Diane.

Dr. Rockett earned $302,336 over a six-year racing career consisting of 69 starts. In 2014, Dr. Rockett stood at Lands End Farm by private arrangement.
