Cauthen, Bush Promoted at WinStar Farm

Doug Cauthen has been named president and chief executive officer of WinStar Farm, and Gary Bush has been named general manager and chief operating officer of the Versailles, Ky., farm.
Cauthen had served as vice president and racing manager, while Bush was general manager. The farm is owned by Kenny Trout and Bill Casner.
WinStar stands Kris S., Tiznow, Victory Gallop, and Distorted Humor.
