Talk Is Money to Millennium in Kentucky

Stakes winner Talk Is Money, a $1.8 million yearling purchase, has been retired from racing and will stand at Ro Parra and William Hardin's Millennium Farms Kentucky near Lexington. Parra owns Talk Is Money in partnership with Daniel M. Borislow, who raced the 4-year-old son of Deputy Minister.

Bred by Dr. George S. Stefanis and Linda Phillips, Talk Is Money won the 2001 Miracle Wood Stakes and placed in that year's Flamingo (gr. III) and Federico Tesio Stakes. He won two of seven starts and earned $104,110. His dam, Isle Go West (by Gone West),is a half-sister to four stakes winners, including graded stakes winners Hennessy (sire of champion 2-year-old Johannesburg), Pearl City, and Shy Tom.
