Oaklawn Park has canceled its Thursday, Feb. 6 card because of below freezing temperatures. Oaklawn's track crew worked the track overnight and will remain on the track all day and night to prevent any freeze that could put weekend racing in jeopardy.

The track lost part of the card Feb. 3 because of winter weather, but this is the first time this season that it has lost an entire card.

Live racing at Oaklawn is scheduled to resume Friday, Feb. 7, with a 1:30 p.m. CST first post.

Severe winter weather conditions also forced the cancellation of live racing at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course Feb. 6.

Live racing is scheduled to resume on Friday with post time at 6 p.m. EST.

Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races has additionally canceled its live racing program scheduled for Feb. 6 due to the winter weather having moved through the region.

The track will remain open for simulcasting with the next day of live racing scheduled for Friday.
