Lane's End Announces 2014 Stud Fees

William S. Farish's Lane's End near Versailles, Ky., has announced its roster for the 2014 breeding season. Two-time leading sire Smart Strike   (Mr. ProspectorClassy 'n Smart, by Smarten), who has nearly 100 stakes winners to his credit, saw his fee jump from $85,000 to $100,000.

"We remain committed to presenting a versatile roster again for the breeding community," said Farish in a release. "And we are equally pleased to keep the fees at a responsible level as the industry continues to rebound towards improving financial opportunities in the breeding and racing industry."
