Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I) runner-up Sakhee will make his 5-year-old debut Thursday at Nad al Sheba in a 1 1/4-mile race on the dirt track.

Godolphin Racing's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe (Fr-I) is being pointed to a start in the Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) at Nad al Sheba in March.

Sakhee is last year's highweighted older horse from both 1 3/16- to 1 3/8-miles and 1 3/8- to 1 3/4 miles on the English Free Handicap and at the last named distance on the French Free Handicap. He also won the Juddmonte International (Eng-I) and a minor stakes last year. His 3-year-old season began well with wins in the Classic Trial (Eng-III) and Dante Stakes (Eng-II) before a second-place finish in Sinndar's Epsom Derby (Eng-I) and a fourth-place performance against older horses in the Coral Eclipse Stakes (Eng-I), won by Giant's Causeway. Sakhee has won seven of 11 career races for earnings of over $2.6 million. Sakhee is by the Riverman stallion Bahri and out of Thawakib, by Sadler's Wells.

Trainer Richard Mandella confirmed recently that Brazilian-bred San Antonio Handicap (gr. II) winner Redattore will also contest the rich Dubai World Cup. Luis Alfredo Taunay's Redattore has both a grade I and a group I win on his resume, but both those victories came on turf courses.
