The former Richland Hills/Wafare Farm property near Midway, Ky., has been sold and renamed Endeavor Farm under the operation of M&T Equine Ventures.

According to a release, Endeavor Farm and M&T Equine are a partnership between Terry Nickell, 54, who has managed Wafare/Richland Hills for 21 years, and Mark Tsagalakis. Tsagalakis, 50, has been training on the southern California circuit for more than 20 years. He maintains a stable of 10 homebreds, according to the release.

The farm plans to offer boarding and sales preparation for all major U.S. horse sales. Endeavor Farm will continue to stand the stallion Greeley's Conquest  , a multiple stakes-winning son of Mr. Greeley.
