Prominent international stallion Royal Academy once again will shuttle to Australia for the Southern Hemisphere breeding season. The 15-year-old son of Nijinsky II out of the Crimson Satan mare Crimson Saint currently is standing at Ashford Stud, a satellite of Irish-based Coolmore Stud, near Versailles, Ky., and will head to Coolmore Australia in the summer.
Royal Academy, whose Ashford fee is $20,000, is represented by four Australian stakes winners this year. His down under fee has not yet been determined.
