Classic winner Red Bullet completed his last major workout on the Gulfstream Park oval before a scheduled appearance in the $500,000 Donn Handicap (gr. I) at 1 1/8 miles on Feb. 9. Red Bullet was officially clocked in :47 3/5 breezing for a half-mile."I had him go longer than a half-mile," said trainer Joe Orseno who conditions Red Bullet for Frank Stronach's Stronach Stables. "I had him going five furlongs in 1:01, six furlongs in 1:15 and out the mile in 1:47 4/5. I was satisfied with his workout and that'll be his last major trial before the Donn. I'll just give him maintenance work from here to the race. He's fit and ready to run a good race."Red Bullet won his only start at Gulfstream in 2000 then was second in the Wood Memorial (gr.
