Equine Spectrum Offers Incentives To Sale Participants

Equine Spectrum, the online auction company (www.equinespectrum.com), is offering rich incentives to horsemen who participate in its Feb. 6 sale of stallion seasons. There is a $100,000 reward for any the breeder of record who uses a season purchased during the auction to produce a foal that wins the Kentucky Derby (gr. I), Preakness (gr. I), or Belmont Stakes (gr. I) in 2006 Crown race. The total maximum payout is $300,000.
In addition, all Equine Spectrum-registered agents who are involved in the sale or purchase of season offered during the auction will be eligible for a $2,500 participation incentive. A lottery-style drawing will be conducted within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction.
