Telling - Dolly by Golly filly

The stallion Telling, a two-time winner of the Sword Dancer Invitational Stakes (gr. IT), has had his first reported foals.

A filly produced from the Not for Love   mare Dolly by Golly was foaled March 3 in Dunnellon, Fla., and a colt out of Perfect's Lil Sis (by Purge) was born March 10 at Hal Queen's farm in Ocala, Fla.

The filly was bred by Jan Cubbage and the colt is owned by Alex and Mary Lieblong, who campaigned Telling.

Telling stands at HallMarc Stallions at Stonewall Farm in Ocala, Fla., for a $10,000 fee.

"We have eagerly anticipated the arrival of Telling's first foals, and the first ones are everything we could have asked for," said Lisa Simoff, HallMarc's director of client relations and out-of-state services. "We believe the sky is the limit for this exceptional young stallion. Racing is crying out for durability and soundness as well as brilliance and Telling provides just that."
