The first reported foal by grade II winner Adios Charlie is a bay filly born March 2 at Michael O'Farrell's Ocala Stud Farm near Ocala, Fla.
Bred by Ocala Stud, the filly is out of the Notebook mare Ennuhway and is a half sister to Saratoga stakes winner Lisa's Bobby Trap.
"This filly is a crackerjack foal, and a great first sign for the stallion career of Adios Charlie," O'Farrell said.
Adios Charlie (Indian Charlie—Teak Totem, by Northern Afleet ) won the Jerome Stakes (gr. II) and placed in two grade II stakes. His fee is $3,000 stands and nurses.
