TOBA Names Membership Manager

Carmen Roberson, who has a background in marketing and advertising, has been named membership manager for the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association. Roberson will handle membership and advertising sales, and will assist with TOBA's marketing and communications.

"The expansion of our membership and communicating with members the importance of supporting the only national owners and breeders organization is critical to our long-term success, and we believe Carmen will be instrumental in assisting TOBA in those areas," TOBA president Dan Metzger said.

Roberson, a native of Florida, has served as sales and marketing manager of Hormel Foods in Orlando, Fla., and most previously an advertising account executive at Thoroughbred Times in Lexington.
