Stakes winner Causeway's Kin was represented by his first reported foal when a filly was born Jan. 30 at Stonewall Farm Ocala in Ocala, Fla.
The filly is out of the unraced Victory Gallop mare Bold Maiden.
"We're very pleased," said Lisa Simoff, director of bloodstock services for Woodford Stallions at Stonewall Farm Ocala, where Causeway's Kin stands for a 2013 fee of $1,000. "She's a very well- proportioned filly. Causeway's Kin is beautifully bred and we have every reason to expect he will sire quality racehorses."
Causeway's Kin is a son of leading sire Giant's Causeway out of the You and I mare You, who won five grade I stakes for Edmund A. Gann and trainer Bobby Frankel in 2001-02. She earned more than $2.1 million in her career.
