The New York Thoroughbred Breeders' annual stallion season auction begins at 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24 and continues through 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28.
The auction will be conducted online using the Starquine.com online bidding platform. More than 50 seasons to New York and Kentucky stallions are up for bid.
The annual auction supports NYTB and its PAC in the work of promoting the welfare of New York's Thoroughbred industry and ensuring state breeders are heard in debates impacting the breeding and racing industry.
