Cold temperatures forced a pair of Northeast tracks to cancel their Tuesday, Jan. 22 cards.
Parx Racing in Philadelphia and Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races in West Virginia both canceled their scheduled racing. Charles Town's next scheduled race date is Wednesday, Jan. 23 and the next scheduled date for Parx is Saturday, Jan. 26.
