Fourteen-year-old State City (Carson City--Wajna, by Nureyev) has sired two stakes winners and two stakes-placed runners among his 77 winners and earners of more than $3.8 million.
State City also raced in the United States, finishing third in the Tom Fool Handicap (gr. II) at Belmont Park.
State City formerly stood at Buck Pond Farm near Versailles, Ky.
