Because of a storm that brought heavy rain and left the track unsuitable for racing, Turf Paradise canceled racing a third straight day Monday, Dec. 17.
The Phoenix track canceled the final two races scheduled Dec. 14 then decided to cancel both of its scheduled weekend cards Dec. 15-16. The track conditions were unsuitable for racing after back-to-back storms delivered heavy rain in Phoenix Dec. 14 and 15.
The track is scheduled to race Tuesday, Dec. 18 although rain is in the forecast. Turf Paradise has scheduled 10-race cards on Tuesday, Dec. 18 and Wednesday, Dec. 19 with a special noon post time.
