Stratford Hill, a graded stakes winner by A. P. Indy, has been retired from racing and will stand the 2013 breeding season at Winding Oaks Farm near Ocala, Fla. His fee is $3,500 live foal.

Racing for Melnyk Racing Stables, Stratford Hill won four races on grass after finishing unplaced on dirt in his other two starts. He broke his maiden going five furlongs at Gulfstream Park in 2011, tallying by 2 1/2 lengths in 55.89 seconds, and won his next two outings at five furlongs at Gulfstream in a respective :55.20 and :55.56. He then captured that year's Shakertown Stakes (gr. IIIT) at Keeneland at 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:03.90 over a field that included Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint (gr. IIT) winner Chamberlain Bridge.

Stratford Hill is out of grade I winner Harmony Lodge, a half sister to two graded stakes winners including grade II winner Graeme Hall, who stands at Winding Oaks and ranks among Florida's leading sires.
