Mark Toothaker has joined the sales team at B. Wayne Hughes' Spendthrift Farm near Lexington. Toothaker, an Arkansas native and long-time horseman, most recently operated the Lexington-based sales companies Legacy Bloodstock and Mark Toothaker Bloodstock.

"We've worked closely with Mark over the years as an agent--both selling stallion seasons and sales horses for Spendthrift--and we couldn't be more delighted to have him officially join the team," said Ned Toffey, Spendthrift general manager. "Mark brings great energy, a tremendous work ethic and a wealth of knowledge and experience along with him, all of which will serve him well on our team."
