Impeachment, third in both the 2000 Kentucky Derby (gr. I) and the Preakness Stakes (gr. I), will stand in 2013 at Vincent Harris' Fruitful Acres Farm near Aguanga, Calif. His fee is $2,000 live foal.

A 15-year-old son of Deputy Minister, Impeachment is the sire of three stakes winners including a Dominican Republic champion, and five stakes-placed runners as well as runners that have won as many as 20 and 17 races. Impeachment's progeny earnings are more than $2.6 million.

Impeachment, who finished third to Fusaichi Pegasus   in the Kentucky Derby, is out of stakes producer Misconduct (by Criminal Type), a half sister to champion Gold Beauty, dam of English Horse of the Year Dayjur and grade I winner Maplejinsky.

Impeachment formerly stood at Rockin River Ranch near Winterset, Iowa.
