A fire at Taylor Made Farm near Nicholasville, Ky., destroyed a barn on the morning of Oct. 11 but no people or horses were injured.
Farm manager Tom Hamm said the barn is used to stable horses but was not occupied at the time of the fire because mares and young horses had been relocated for sales preparation. Hamm was not sure of the dollar value of the destroyed barn.
Jessamine County firefighters said the fire's cause is currently unknown and state police will investigate.
