Gary Biszantz' Cobra Farm has sent seven horses back to Santa Anita with trainer Mike Puype. The owner-trainer tandem left Southern California earlier this year, relocating to Kentucky to be closer to Cobra's 200-acre operation there while undergoing a downsizing.

"We sold a bunch that were 'just horses', in order to develop the real good stock," said Puype. "I feel real fortunate to be in this position. Except for the moving (back and forth) part, I feel like I run on the best circuit of anyone on this racetrack."

Puype will run at Santa Anita and Del Mar when in California and Keeneland and Churchill Downs when in Kentucky.
