Expelled Moving to Albemarle Farm in Virginia

Expelled (Explodent -- Social Lesson, by Forum) will be relocated from Kentucky to stand the 2002 breeding season at Albemarle Farm near Free Union, Va. He will stand for $5,000.
The 9-year-old full brother to Exbourne stood this year at Wimbledon Farm near Lexington for $6,500.
Expelled was a group winner in France at two, and at five won the Eddie Read Handicap (gr. IT) for trainer Bobby Frankel. He was bred, raced, and is still partially owned by Khalid Abdullah's Juddmonte Farm.
According to The Jockey Club's Report of Mares bred (statistics through Oct. 12), Expelled covered 73 mares his first season (2000), and has 47 registered named foals. He covered 41 mares this season.
Eight weanlings by Expelled went through the Kentucky fall sales, with six selling for an average of $26,417.
