Dr. C. Lynwood O’Cain, general manager and resident farm veterinarian for Highcliff Farm, and his wife, Suzie, announced July 20 that the Highcliff stallions, broodmares, foals, yearlings, and lay-ups have moved to Mill Creek Farm in Stillwater, N.Y.

Highcliff is located in Delanson, N.Y.

“Doc and I are now starting a new chapter for Highcliff,” Suzie O’Cain, Highcliff’s stallion promotion and development director, said in a release. “Having the stallions and broodmares closer to our home in Saratoga will allow us to step back a bit from the farm management side of the business. While Dr. O’Cain will continue his position as resident veterinarian, he will also be taking care of some outside clients’ horses as well. I will continue to market the stallions, and together we hope to add a new sire or two to our roster for 2013.”

Mill Creek is operated by Tim Little and Anne Morgan.

“Situated on the other side of Saratoga Lake, Stillwater is just a few minutes drive for breeders in town for racing and the sales, with easy access to come up and visit the farm and see the stallions,” Lynwood O’Cain said.

Stallions that will stand at Highcliff at Mill Creek in 2013 are Congaree  , Cosmonaut  , Maybry's Boy, and Stonesider  .
