Minister of Fire came through with his first winner when his son Highgate Court won at Lone Star Park June 30 for breeder/owner Kenneth Powers. Highgate Court took the 5 1/2-furlong maiden special weight race by a half-length in 1:05.18 (VIDEO).

Texas-bred Highgate Court is the first named foal out of the Grindstone mare Hot Diamonds, who is a half sister to stakes-placed Mr Tokyo.
