Henny Hughes, who has sired 18 stakes horses, has been sold to Robert and Jody Gray's Rangeview Stud, located in Bullsbrook, Western Australia. He will stand for Aus$7,700 this year.

Nine-year-old Henny Hughes (Hennessy—Meadow Flyer, by Meadowlake) formerly stood at Sheikh Mohammed's Darley near Lexington. He had shuttled to Darley Kelvinside in Australia.

Henny Hughes has sired seven stakes winners including last year's Sapling Stakes (gr. II) winner She Digs Me. Henny Hughes' career progeny earnings are more than $6.1 million.

Henny Hughes was one of North America's leading sprinters as a 3-year-old in 2006. Racing for Sheikh Mohammed's son, Sheikh Rashid, in the name Zabeel Racing International, Henny Hughes won that year's Vosburgh Stakes (gr. I), the King's Bishop Stakes (gr. I), and the Jersey Shore Breeders' Cup Stakes (gr. III).
