Fort Lauderdale Favored in Sorrento

Nelson Hunt's Fort Lauderdale is the 8-5 morning-line favorite to win the $150,000 Sorrento Stakes (gr. II) for 2-year-old fillies Sunday at Del Mar. The Bob Baffert trainee won a five-furlong maiden race by 4 1/2 lengths in her last start but must travel an additional 1 1/2 furlongs in the Sorrento. The field for the Sorrento -- with jockeys, weights, and morning-line odds -- will consist of:
