Everett "Eb" Novak announced that he has sold an interest in grade I winner Delaware Township to Satish and Anne Sanan's Padua Stables and that the 5-year-old Florida-bred son of Notebook will enter stud at Padua near Summerfield, Fla. His fee is $6,500 live foal.

Delaware Township, who was retired following his victory in the Nov. 17 Frank J. De Francis Memorial Dash Stakes (gr. I) at Laurel, enters stud with a record of 11 wins from 21 starts and earnings of $996,950. His dam, Sunny Mimosa (by Sunny North), is a half-sister to four stakes winners. Delaware Township is scheduled to arrive this week at Padua.
