Grade I winner Street Boss came through with his first winner May 1 when his daughter Catboss won in Rome, Italy at first asking. Two-year-old Catboss captured the five-furlong race in a dead heat while carrying 123 pounds.

Bred in Kentucky by Brandywine Farm, Catboss is the third winner out of the winning Tabasco Cat mare Glorious Cat, whose dam is a half sister to stakes winner Purple Passion.

Street Boss set six-furlong track records in both the Bing Crosby Handicap (gr. I) at Del Mar and the Los Angeles Handicap (gr. III) at Betfair Hollywood Park. He also triumphed in Hollywood's Triple Bend Invitational Handicap (gr. I).

He stands for $15,000 alongside his sire, Street Cry, at Sheikh Mohammed’s Darley near Lexington. Street Boss is out of the stakes-placed Ogygian mare Blushing Ogygian.
