Jockey Ademar Santos was taken to a hospital with an apparent broken leg April 29 after his mount in the fifth race at Tampa Bay Downs, Onmyway to Glory, clipped heels with another horse and threw him to the turf.
Santos was reported to be in stable condition. The 3-year-old filly, owned by Yanez Brothers Stable and trained by Robert Boileau, returned to her barn apparently unharmed.
