Meet New York's newest handicapper: Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy.

The state's second-in-command enjoyed quite a day last summer at the Saratoga Race Course with a one-day winning take of $2,628.

The gambling winnings stood out among the lieutenant governor's otherwise mundane 2010 income tax filing, which was shown to reporters at the state Capitol on April 17.

A spokesman could not say what horse, or horses, Duffy, a Democrat, wagered on at the Saratoga course, or what exact day he attended the summer meet. Gov. Andrew Cuomo, meanwhile, reported no gambing wins or losses on his tax forms.
