The Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships helped AmericaTab set a new record for monthly revenue. The account wagering service run by Beulah Park and River Downs, reported revenue exceeding $3.6 million for October and set a one-day record handle of $378,646 on October 27 for the championship. AmericaTab has generated over $20 million in handle revenue so far this year, according to Charlie Ruma, the company's managing member. Despite economic uncertainty, AmericaTab has doubled its account holders to 12,000 by adding 6,100 new customers this year. The company was founded in 1994 and operates out of hub in Oregon.
