Minardi to Walmac International
European champion Minardi, whose close relative Johannesburg won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile (gr. I), will enter stud at John T.L. Jones Jr.'s Walmac International near Lexington. He was retired with two wins from eight starts and earnings of $291,017 for owners Michael Tabor and Sue Magnier.Minardi is a half-brother to grade II winner Tale of the Cat, additional stakes winner Spunoutacontrol, and Johannesburg's dam, Myth (by Ogygian).
