Kirk and Judy Robison's I Love Silver rallied from last place to win Friday's $75,300 Skywalker Handicap at Santa Anita's Oak Tree meeting by two lengths over Bosque Redondo. Ridden by Eddie Delahoussaye and carrying 116 pounds, I Love Silver covered the mile in 1:34.97 and, as the 2-1 second-favorite in a field of seven, paid $6.20, $3.60, and $2.80.

Over 12 lengths behind a duel for the lead between Blade Prospector and So Urgent with a half-mile to run, I Love Silver rallied along the rail around the second turn and continued on through the stretch to win easily while bearing in a bit in deep stretch. The win was the fourth in 12 lifetime starts for the Dean Greenman-trained I Love Silver and was worth $45,180, raising the career earnings of the 3-year-old Kentucky-bred son of Silver Ghost to $329,602.

Bosque Redondo returned $7 and $5.40 and third-place finisher So Urgent paid $5.40 to show. The $1 exacta paid $17.60. Dig for It finished fourth, with Blade Prospector fifth and Red Eye sixth.

Millennium Wind, the 17-10 favorite in the race for 3-year-olds and up, was never a factor in finishing last in his first outing since the Kentucky Derby (gr. I) on May 5, when he was ninth.
