Roethemeier Joins Darley Staff

Dean Roethemeier, who gained extensive knowledge of Darley's stallions as a member of the marketing team at Dalham Hall in Newmarket, England, has joined the nominations staff at the farm’s Jonabell division near Lexington. Prior to his three-year tenure in England, he completed the two-year course of the Darley Flying Start program.

Roethemeier, a native of Henderson, Ky., earned a degree in Equine Administration from the University of Louisville.  After graduating, he was employed by Churchill Downs, Inc. as marketing coordinator and was then accepted into the Darley Flying Start program from which he graduated in 2008.
