Seeking the Best, a Japanese group stakes winner, has been purchased for stud duty at Haras Gran Derby near Caracas, Venezuela. He formerly stood at Colebrook Farms Stallion Station near Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada.
An Irish-bred son of Seeking the Gold, 11-year-old Seeking the Best is out of the graded stakes-winning Summer Squall mare Mackie and is a half brother to grade II winner Mr. Mellon.
The deal was brokered by Schumer Bloodstock.
