American Chance to Questroyal in New York

Twelve-year-old American Chance, whose deceased sire, Cure the Blues, headed the New York general sire list several times, will stand the 2002 season at Lou Salerno's Questroyal Stud near Hudson, N.Y. A grade II winner who earned $847,977, American Chance is represented by 11 stakes winners, including four in 2001. His son American Halo is a graded stakes winner this year.

American Chance, who was produced from the Seattle Slew mare American Dance, formerly stood at Tom Simon's Vinery near Lexington. His fee has been dropped $2,500 to $10,000 for 2002.
