Fantastic Light impressed with his Breeders' Cup Turf victory.
Breeders' Cup Turf (gr. IT) winner Fantastic Light will take on Japan's top horses again in the Nov. 25 Japan Cup (Jpn-I), a $4-million grass race at 1 1/2 miles, according to a published report quoting Godolphin representative Dr. Riki Takahashi.

The 5-year-old son of Rahy finished third, beaten a neck, in the 2000 Japan Cup behind T.M. Opera O. He went into last year's race off a fifth-place finish in the Breeders' Cup Turf. Following his win in this year's Turf, his sixth start of the year, Fantastic Light's record stood at 12 wins from 25 starts with earnings of nearly $7.5 million.

The report said Fantastic Light would leave New York for Tokyo on Nov. 7.
