Millennium Wind to Stand in Arizona

Grade I winner Millennium Wind has been moved to Little Kentucky near Waddell, Ariz. The 13-year-old stallion, who will stand for Shawn Haggstrom of Oakmont Stables, has been priced at $1,500 live foal stands and nurses in 2012.

A half brother to Horse of the Year Charismatic and grade II winner Tossofthecoin, Millennium Wind (Cryptoclearance—Bali Babe, by Drone) has sired six stakes horses and the earners of more than $3.9 million. His three stakes winners include 2011 added-money winner Follow the Wind and Mexican grade II winner Acatzingo.

Millennium Wind won the Toyota Blue Grass Stakes (gr. I) and the Santa Catalina Stakes (gr. II). He formerly stood at Fallen Oaks Farm near Loranger, La.
