An Exceed and Excel colt topped the second session of the Goffs November foal sale, bringing €90,000 ($122,201 in U.S. funds). Julie Wood purchased the chestnut weanling from Oghill House Stud Nov. 16 in Ireland.

Produced from the Halling mare Aljafliyah, the colt is a full brother to the winner The Only Boss and a half brother to another winner, Waltz Darling (by Iffraaj).

The cumulative results through the first two sessions included a gross of €5,135,900 ($6,973,470) for the 343 weanlings that were sold. The average price was €14,973 ($23,330) and the median price was €11,250 ($15,275).

The clearance rate was 74.1%.
