Grade I Winner Purim Sires First Winner

Grade I winner Purim was represented by his first winner when his son Two Months Rent won a maiden special weight turf race at Belmont Park Oct. 8. Racing for AJ Suited Racing Stable, Two Months Rent captured the 1 1/16-mile race by a length in 1:44.07.

Bred in Kentucky by McCann and Associates and David E. Hager II, Two Months Rent is a half brother to stakes-winning stakes producers Dynasharp and Transition Time. The two mares are by Purim’s sire, Dynaformer.

Purim, out of the Lord At War mare Kirsteena, was a graded stakes winners all three years he raced. His biggest win came in the Shadwell Turf Mile Stakes (gr. IT). Purim stands at Richland Hills near Midway, Ky. His 2011 fee was $7,500.
