TV commentator and former jockey Donna Barton Brothers will participate in a Q&A session with other riders Saturday, Oct. 8 in the Keeneland paddock at 12:05 p.m. She then will sign copies of her book, Inside Track: Insider’s Guide to Horse Racing, from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Donna Barton Brothers achieved fame as one of the all-time leading female jockeys, winning more than 1,100 races, and she remains second on the money list. Her mother, Patti Barton, was one of the first women to be licensed as a jockey.
Barton Brothers now uses her racing expertise as a commentator and analyst for NBC Sports Triple Crown coverage and for the TVG Network.
