Sheikh Maktoum's Summertime Legacy won her second race in a row in Tuesday's Prix des Reservoirs (Fr-III) at Deauville. The mile race for 2-year-old fillies was contested over a course listed as "holding."

Summertime Legacy tracked leader Just as Good in the early going as she gradually made headway. Under Oliver Peslier the filly had the lead with a furlong left to go, and with a drive to the wire, held off Prudence Royale, who was second by a length. Ana Marie was up for third.

In the name of his Gainsborough Stud, Sheikh Maktoum bred Summertime Legacy in England. She is a daughter of his stallion Darshaan and the El Gran Senor mare Zawaahy. Andre Fabre trains the winner.

Summertime Legacy broke her maiden in her last start, a maiden event run over soft turf at St. Cloud on Oct. 2. Ana Marie was second that day, two lengths behind the winner.
