Striking Song Out of Juvenile; Tuesday Flash Notes

Striking Song, a son of Unbridled's Song training for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile, has been declared out of Saturday's race after sustaining a chip to his left hind ankle. The Robert Hess Jr.-trained colt has won one of four career starts, breaking his maiden at one mile in last outing.

In another development Tuesday, Mot Juste, who is being pointed toward the Filly & Mare Turf, did not arrive as scheduled from England because her flight was delayed 24 hours.

In Breeders' Cup workouts at Belmont Park on Tuesday: Fantastic Light worked five furlongs in :59 4/5; Sakhee was timed in 1:01 for five furlongs; Peeping Tom worked three furlongs in :36 1/5, Affirmed Success zipped a half-mile in :47 4/5, Exogenous was timed in :48 for four furlongs, Hap worked five furlongs in :59 3/5, Chaste did a half-mile in :48 3/5, and Lailani went six furlongs in 1:17.

At Churchill Downs, Classic contender Guided Tour breezed four furlongs in :50 2/5 while in company with stablemate Keats.
