A chance for up to six people to visit Horse of the Year Zenyatta will go to the highest bidder at Crystal Boots & Silver Spurs, a fundraiser to benefit The Kentucky Southeast Indiana Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Sept. 30 at Talon Winery near Lexington.
People who are unable to attend Crystal Boots and Silver Spurs but still want to bid on the Zenyatta visit may do so by submitting their bid and their credit card information via email to Mike Brodfuehrer at firstname.lastname@example.org The deadline to submit bids per e-mail is 5 p.m. EST Sept. 29.
The National MS Society provides programs and services to individuals whose lives are impacted by multiple sclerosis in our area. All the funds raised from this event will be used to support the National MS Society--Kentucky Southeast Indiana Chapter's work in our local community.
Zenyatta has resided at William S. Farish’s Lane’s End Farm near Versailles, Ky., since being retired after winning 19 of 20 races and earning more than $7.3 million for owners Jerry and Ann Moss. She currently is carrying her first foal, a Bernardini offspring, and her progress is being chronicled at www.zenyatta.com.
