Awesome Again Colt Sells for $510,000

Bluegrass Hall Farm purchased an Awesome Again  —Tizso, by Cee's Tizzy, colt (Hip No. 426) for $510,000 from the Taylor Made Sales Agency consignment during the third session of the Keeneland September yearling sale Sept. 13.

The colt, bred by Diamond A Racing, was the second-highest priced horse so far during the first open session of the sale after two days of selected sessions in Lexington.

Tizso, unplaced in two starts, is a full sister to Horse of the Year and leading sire Tiznow  , grade II winners Budroyale and Tizdubai, and stakes winner Tizbud.

Tizso was acquired by Diamond A for $625,000 from the Hopewell Farm consignment at the 2002 Keeneland November mixed sale. The mare has produced grade III winner Tiz West and stakes winner Tizakitty.
