Horse of the Year Invasor   came through with his first winner when his daughter Wonder of It All scored at Ellis Park Sept. 5. Making her second start, Wonder of It All rallied to win the one-mile maiden claimer on the grass by a nose as the 9-5 favorite for owner/trainer Frederick J. Seitz (VIDEO). She was ridden by Calvin Borel.

Wonder of It All was bred in Kentucky by Sheltowee Farm, Alfonso Mazzetti, Dr. Robert J. Hunt, and Rodney Winkler. She is the first foal out of the grade III stakes-placed Maria's Mon mare Darling Daughter. Wonder of It All was bought for $30,000 by Jun Park as agent at the 2010 Keeneland September yearling sale from Three Chimneys Sales, agent.

An Argentina-bred, Invasor was voted 2006 Horse of the Year and champion older male after winning the Breeders’ Cup Classic – Powered by Dodge (gr. I) for Sheikh Hamdan’s Shadwell Stable. Invasor also was a champion in two other countries. He won the 2007 Emirates Airline Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) and was named champion older horse. In Uruguay,  he was a Horse of the Year, a champion 3-year-old male, and a Triple Crown winner.

Invasor (Candy Stripes—Quendom, by Interprete) stands at Shadwell Farm near Lexington. His 2011 fee was $20,000.
