Sea The Stars - Love To Dance foal

Sea The Stars, 2009 Cartier Horse of the Year and 3-year-old male, sired a filly from his first crop April 7 at William S. Farish’s Lane’s End Farm near Versailles, Ky. Bred by Jonathan Clay of Alpha Delta Stables, the newborn is the second foal out of Irish group II-placed Love To Dance (by Sadler's Wells). Love To Dance is a half sister to Cartier Horse of the Year Dylan Thomas and Cartier 2-year-old filly Queen’s Logic, dam of 2010 English champion Lady of the Desert.

In foal to Sea The Stars, Love To Dance was bought for $1,050,000 by Reynolds Bell, agent for Alpha Delta, at the 2010 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky November mixed sale. Bedouin Bloodstock consigned as agent for S.F. Bloodstock.

Sea The Stars (Cape Cross—Urban Sea, by Miswaki) stands at the Aga Khan’s Gilltown Stud in Ireland.
